1. Service Scope

LoyalParn provides legal advisory services in corporate, employment, real estate, and intellectual property matters in Germany. Services are rendered by qualified legal professionals.

2. Engagement & Fees

Engagement occurs upon written confirmation. Fee arrangements, hourly rates, or flat fees are specified in engagement letters. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

3. Confidentiality

Client communications and information are protected by attorney-client privilege and confidentiality obligations under German law. We do not disclose information without explicit consent, except as required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

LoyalParn's liability is limited to direct damages arising from professional negligence. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

6. Data Protection

7. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Germany.

8. Changes to Terms
